Gear provided.  Not flexible?  Tough guy? Feeling like you’re starring in “Grumpy Old Men?”  You need yoga all the more! Sure, you can do nothing and your spine will return to its original fetal shape, taking inches of your height and relocating them to your waist as the years go by.
