Real yoga for active seniors, professionals on lunch hours, those rehabbing injuries, or anyone wanting a safe, effective workout and work-in! This is NOT your grandma’s senior yoga, but you will find it more akin to physical therapy than gymnastics. This makes a great first class for beginners of any age!
