V I B E
This retreat will help shore you up for the Holidays and tick many of the “Blue Zone” boxes for health and longevity. There will be a spectrum of activity so you can be as busy or as chill as you want to be. Pickleball will get your cardio up and provide a community-building fun-factor, as many will be new to the sport. Yoga will bring both energetic yang componenents as well as the downshifting yin aspects. While not vegetarian, meals have a “plant slant” and give you time to get to know your tribe! Yes wine–incl. some #bluezone picks. Yes beer. Yes kombucha to carrot juice!

or this. Pickleball is part of The Plan, weather permitting (temps over 45 and no precip). Remember, exercising outdoors in brisk temps burn more calories, boosts mood and immune system 😉 We do have the potential for outdoor yoga as well if temps break 55 as we have propane heaters.
ONE room remains availabe: 2 Queens,sleeps up to 4! Steps lead to ensuite bathroom w/ shower. Located just off the pool.

Mr. Hotdish will be cooking up 8 meals with a view toward healthy eating; but, fear not, this isn’t an ashram! Breakfast might be omelets made-to-order, chia seed chocolate pudding or yogurt/fruit. Lunch: made to order gourmet pizzas with the pizza oven. Dinner plans as of press time are as follows:
Thursday ~ “Curry Conundrum” featuring 3 curries (Indian, Japanese (milder))
Friday ~ “Mediterannean Night” featuring kabobs (chicken, beef, veg) couscous
Saturday ~ “Friendsgiving” as we’ll be in the land of Jenny O Turkey!
A M A T E U R S T A T U S
Please keep in mind, we’re pretty good hosts and have had A LOT of houseguests over the years when we lived in some glamorous tourist destinations. That said, we’re not perfect. Chipping in is always welcomed, be it clearing the table or loading the dishwasher. You may have to rummage around the fridge, get your own drinks, and just figure some stuff out on your own. The good news: we’ll do all the shopping for you so you’ll arrive at a house that’s fully stocked.

Around $800-900/person, double occupancy, with reduced rate for triple/quad occupancy in the double queen rooms. All food, snacks and beverages provided. Just show up w/ a paddle and mat!
