Comprehensive 80-minute yoga classes taught by instructor with over 20 yrs. experience.  These classes are "best practices" and incorporate several styles of yoga.

Join us in the foyer under the skylights at Peace United (5050 Hodgson Rd) for the full course of YogaHotDish! This is a welcoming group of people from Shoreview, Arden Hills, North Oaks, Lino Lakes, and beyond. Class is beginner and bro-friendly with about 50% men.

Spring 2025 SESSION

Mar 12-May 28  (no class 3/5, 4/23), 11 Wednesdays; $176.

Walk/Drop-ins are welcome, $20. No flexibility or gear required, no questions asked 😉

Pro-rating is available for those knowing they’ll miss 3 or more classes ahead of time and paying at session start date:  $18/class.
