Get to know your neighbors while you build real yoga skills. This a class where you matter — no getting “lost in the back” watching the instructor do her workout!
YogaHotDish is comprehensive, not quickie, without music and mirrors to distract you. No experience or flexibility required. Classes are beginner and bro’ friendly! Bring a water bottle, and a mat (if you already have one), and a sense of humor, please! Blocks, blankets, bolsters, and more are provided.
Beginners Welcome! Newbie? You may want to borrow a mat and see the different options prior to purchase. Note: you must be able to get up and down off the floor w/o assistance. Limited mobility? Health Issues? Please check out the Wednesday Noon “Fit and Feisty 45-80+” Therapeutic Yoga Class at Peace U on Hodgson Rd, just south of N.O. West Entrance. This class is around 50% men and is suitable for all body types. You need not be a dancer or a gymnast!
