75-80 min classes will not only tone your body but your brain/nervous system. You’ll leave your first class feeling more mindful and relaxed so a better you can shine through. No flexibility required.
Beginners welcome, mats to loan. Missed classes can be made up at other locations. You must be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance. Great for beginners who want to start/re-start right, and fitness yogis wondering what they’re missing in those short classes!

11 weeks, $135 resident, $145 non-resident

10 weeks, $130 resident, $140 non-res.

Register prior to second class in a series to receive discounted session rate. Missed classes can be made up anywhere (North Oaks Golf Club, Peace U, Falcon Heights City Hall), anytime– as long as you stay enrolled. Your second class in a week is $10, pay-as-you-go, your third class in a week is free! Missed classes do not “roll over” into the next session. To make up a class, you’ll have to take one outside of your regular class day/time.
