Beginners and bro-friendly, mats to loan. You must be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance. Great for beginners who want to start/re-start right, and fitness yogis wondering what theyāre missing in those short classes…

Missed classes can be made up anywhere (North Oaks Golf Club, Peace U, Falcon Heights City Hall, White Bear Center for the Arts),ā as long as you stay enrolled. Your second class in a week is $10, pay-as-you-go; your third class in a week is free! Missed classes do not āroll overā into the next session. Simply put, to make up a class, youāll have to do so outside your regular weekly class.
