Arden Hills “Community Class”

This isn’t the group-exercise-disguised-as-yoga you may be used to! YogaHotDish is a unique offering pairing classical yoga with modern best practices so you get a total workout AND the benefits of a work-in. These 75-80 min classes will not only tone your body but your brain/nervous system. You’ll leave your first class feeling more mindful and relaxed so a better you can shine through. No flexibility required; this is not gymnastics! Beginners welcome, mats to loan. Missed classes can be made up at other locations. You must be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance.
