ARDEN HILLS City Hall “Community Class”

NOT the group-exercise-disguised-as-yoga you might be used to at Shoreview Community Center, Lifetime, or other “big yoga” venues. Join our small connected community for all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga!
This 90-min Saturday AM class will set you up for the weekend! We luxuriate in old-school, unrushed sequences, addressing the body, brain, balance, and breath.–no quickie classes served here. Arden Hills Yoga welcomes beginners who want to start right and fitness yogis wondering what they’re missing.
FALL SESSION
SEP 9 – DEC 2 | 11 Saturdays | $135 res, $145 non-res.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged!
